Our stay was just wonderful! The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home, especially Janitha, who provided top-notch service. The food was delightful, complemented by breathtaking views of Ella Rock. Even though there was some ongoing renovation, it didn't impact our experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling town, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat.

We had a lovely time at the hotel surrounded by stunning flower gardens and breathtaking views. The accommodation itself had its ups and downs, with a beautiful newer wing and an older wing that required some updates. The service was mostly great, but the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, it's a great place for nature lovers, although currently, it's a bit disrupted due to ongoing renovations.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort, enjoying breathtaking views and a great location. The rooms were clean with fantastic mountain vistas, and the staff was very accommodating.
